Updated. Once again I need to reiterate what great service this company provides. One of the shutters broke on the back door and I called and subsequently emailed them with photos showing the problem.  I received an answer promptly. (See below) Good morningLooking at the pictures , looks like it needs  a repair pin , we can send you some repair pins for free ,& explain how to do it . or if you would like for us to do it , it will be 110 plus tax , it will have to wait till January because we have our calendar booked through out the rest of the  year .Wow.  Really?   They had a chance to make extra money but instead allowed me to fix this myself.  I can't say enough great things about this company and reinforces my previous rating. They could have easily charged for more but instead they delivered once again. Thanks and you have made a customer for life.    There aren't enough stars to rate this company.  PS. Now to figure out how the shutters got broken in the first place.   Hmmmmm.   18 yr old boy won't admit to anything.  Hmmmm. More...

We have been using Texas Shutters for almost 15 years!  They have provided shutters in each home we have lived in. I just had my shutters installed today and I am so pleased with the final product. The workmanship is absolutely beautiful. I have been pleased with every step in this process.I got quotes from several companies and Texas Shutters was by far the most reasonable. I went to the showroom to look around. I must say that when I saw the facility at first I was a little skeptical but I was reassured once I entered. The operation is small but the receptionist, Maria showed me the products that I could chose from and she also showed me around the workshop.
