Our officers are experienced and have training in de-escalation; tactical handcuffing; patrol techniques; report writing and documentation; effective communication and interviewing; and investigations just to name a few.
Our officers are fit for duty and fully equipped, including but not limited to a handgun, OC spray, expandable baton, Taser (if certified), bodycam, and a two-way radio. Reports will be generated electronically, so no need for file cabinets full of reports!
We are not an "observe and report" company. What makes us different from the competition is the fact that every one of our officers are of top quality, experienced, and provided with the necessary tools and information to protect your property. Our officers' main duties are to prevent the consequences of theft, prevent and stop criminal acts in progress, make arrests if lawfully necessary, and respond to calls for service in a professional and timely manner.

What do you love most about your job?
To provide a safe environment for your business; ensure the safety of your employees, customers, and clients; and to convey a presence of authority so as to deter crime from taking place, all while building relationships with the greater community to develop trust and respect among all. Our Mission is not simply about “arresting the bad guy” — although there may be times where this course of action is necessary — but rather to increase the safety of the area in which we are assigned to patrol.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We've seen other companies failing to provide a healthy workplace for their officers, and clients dissatisfied with the quality of service they receive, so we started up our own company because clients like you deserve more than what has been historically offered by these other companies. We do things differently around here — the right way.
Why should our clients choose you?
Although each client gets a personalized quote for services, we've seen security companies charging clients up to $40/hour to have an officer on their property. We're not trying to nickel and dime anyone, and we understand the value of a hard-earned dollar, so we try to make our services much more affordable. Prices for our services are provided on a case-by-case basis and we are more than happy to go over some options with you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In response to COVID-19, we are now providing a safe, secure, and efficient way to obtain our services through a 100% online workflow. From initial quote, to an officer on your property, we take pride in being able to provide you with a painless, contactless, paperless contract (and payment) process.
If you have a business or event in San Antonio that requires the presence of a uniformed security officer, we have the solution for you! If your business has crime occurring on property, or is suffering due to high crime levels in the surrounding areas, our officers make every effort possible to eliminate such issues.
As a new client, we first work hand in hand with you and your staff to determine your security needs. We then help to develop procedures for the officer(s) assigned to your place of business, which are tailored to the unique issues and challenges you face. In addition, as we work the property and rid it of the issues, we proactively take actions to improve the overall safety of your business. We work very closely with the San Antonio Police Department and other law enforcement agencies, which helps our officers achieve long-term results.
Our mobile patrol services allow your business to receive our on-site services up to three (3) times per day/night in increments. This service is of interest to businesses that do not feel the need to have an officer remain onsite for an extended period of time.
We utilize some of the most extensive and up-to-date databases available specifically to private investigators in order to provide current, reliable information. Background checks take time, because it’s not as simple as a typing a name into Google and hitting ‘enter’. We manually dig through various sources to ensure we are getting accurate information on the person of interest.
Private businesses, bail bondsmen, and even private parties are able to request this service.
All Private Investigators on our team are licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
