Hired tech4state to redo my website. My project manager was terrible. Job took longer the a month. Then my project manager stopped replying to my text and email for two weeks. So I decided to dispute transaction with my bank. Once I did the dispute a representative from tech4state call and text me saying the project manager that was assign to my project was fired two weeks ago. Nobody at this company thought to see if he was working on any project for a client. I asked for a refund but they didn’t want to give me one, I told them I don’t want there service anymore. What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We would usually as about the quick elevator pitch firstly. Then we would request the client to please describe the organization’s background, its vision, mission and main message to its target audience. Also we would request the client to describe the target market segments. Next we would request the client to outline the reference websites. With that explained, we would request the client to provide a short brief on the design direction of the site. This will help us estimate photography and illustration needs for the site. Lastly, we would request the client to outline hosting requirements, as well as any security and accessibility standards that need to be met.
