Trainers treat you like family. They make sure you train and learn the right way. Old school down to earth core boxing. they teach you to love the sport as a way of life. If you want it you get it, if you don’t want it you get hit. Love this place and great for beginners. Talk to Markus for personal training. One on one closed gym for a very affordable price. If you prefer to train with other people coach pops (Markus’ dad) runs the team training and makes sure he gets everyone on the mits multiple times.
