We visited from the SF Bay Area on business. After a dead car battery, not only did Randy get us to our meeting on time, he picked us up afterwards. .. with borrowed jumper cables from a local garage, Randy proceeded to help us push our dead vehicle safely into two way traffic on a busy street and bring it to life. We visited from Tacoma and have been to Bend before. Met Randy (the owner) outside of Deschutes Brewery and he drove us to Crux Brewery. He gave us his card and told us to call if we were in need of a ride later on. We called and got picked up by Cathy who was super nice! Later on we called again and got Don who also was super down to earth nice guy and drove us to our resort. Customer service is definitely this company's motto. I give all 3 drivers 5 stars!
