Ellen and the entire Tax Help Network team really did an amazing job with my tax issue. I got a notice from IRS for a hefty tax penalty from 2016 and I was scared to say the least. I was shock and didn't understand what went wrong. Ellen took the time and spoke with me and walked me through the entire process of working with her and her team. She was very informative and always followed up to get me status updates which is huge in my book.
