बेशर्म निफ्टी और सेंसेक्स लाशों पर रंगरेलियाँ मना रहे हैं। किसी देश में जहरीले सांपों की संख्या बढ़ गई। देश में जगह-जगह लोग सांप के काटने से मरने लगे। किसी सचिव ने सरकार को सलाह दी कि इन सांपों को मारने के लिए जनता को पुरस्कार या प्रोत्साहन दिया जाए। सरकार ने सचिव का सुझाव मान लिया। देश की जनता तो सांपों को मारने का साहस कर नहीं सकती थी। कुछ गिने-चुने सपेरों ने सांपों को चुन चुन कर मार कर हर सांप पर भारी इनाम लेना शुरू कर दिया। सरकार से मिलने वाली धनराशि के लालच में आकर सपेरों में सांप तो मारने शुरू ही किए थे परंतु उन्हें यह एक अच्छा व्यवसाय लगा। उन्होंने सांपों की ब्रीडिंग भी शुरू कर दी। वे नए सांप पैदा करते गए और सरकार के पास ले जाकर मरे हुए सांप पर इनाम की राशि लेने लगे। सरकार को जब यह बात पता चली तो सरकार में सांपों के मारने पर दी जाने वाली राशि बंद कर दी। इस बात से नाराज होकर सपेरों ने अपने पैदा किए हुए और पाले हुए सांप देश में फिर से छोड़ दिए। देश की जनता और भारी संकट में आ गई। दुनिया भर की सरकारें इस समय नौकरशाहों और उद्योगपतियों को कोरोना संकट से निपटने के लिए भारी भरकम सहायता दे रही है। जनसाधारण को इस सहायता से कोई वास्ता नहीं है। इस भारी-भरकम सहायता के साथ नौकरशाह और उद्योगपति जो खेल खेल रहे हैं उसके भीषण परिणाम आने वाले समय में देखने को मिलेंगे। सेंसेक्स और निफ्टी हर दिन रंगरेलियां मना रहे हैं। बेरोजगारी और भूखमरी देश की जनता को चिड़ा रही है। इसे दुर्भाग्य ही कहा जाएगा कि जिन सपेरों को सांप मारने के लिए सहायता दी गई थी वह सपेरे अब क्रोध में आकर सारे सांप जनता के बीच में छोड़कर लापता हो जाएंगे। अगले पूरे वर्ष उद्योग धंधे और कल कारखानों से निवेशकों को बाबाजी का ठुल्लू मिलने वाला है। भारी भरकम कीमतों के निवेश पत्र जनसाधारण में अच्छी कीमतों पर बेचे जा रहे हैं। देश के नए निवेशक इन शेयरों को संभाल कर वैसे ही रखने वाले हैं जैसे पुराने करेंसी नोट चलन से बाहर हो जाते हैं तो किसी काम के नहीं रहते। परंतु पीढ़ियों को दिखाने के काम आते हैं कि किस प्रकार के नोट चला करते थे। नए निवेशकों को स्टॉक मार्केट से दूर रहने के लिए कोई सलाहकार एजेंसी नहीं है।
