Working with Josefina and chef was a pleasure. Josefina made sure that I had a wonderful wedding. She was super attentive, patient and all around just amazing If I had to choose a caterer / planner all over again it would be with them. Chef is the man! The food was amazing! Super flavorful! Loved every bit of it. Tasty creations is one hell of a team! Thank you for an amazing wedding!

We do not have enough words to describe how awesome Josefina and David were, and their whole crew! The planning process could not have been easier. Josefina makes sure that everything is in line and that your vision comes to life. David’s food was out of this world! Our guests have not stopped raving over the guava meatballs or the entrees. Their staff was on top of everything at all times, making sure all of our guests had everything they needed. But more than anything, they truly care. When planning a wedding, you hire vendors and know that you are just their clients. With David and Josefina, this isn’t the case. They make a genuine friendship with you. Without going into details, we had a little planning snafu sneak up two days before the wedding. Right before the ceremony, David came back and talked it out with me and I could not have been more appreciative. It put me at ease and ready to walk down the aisle. Josefina had everything under control, you would never know anything had gone slightly astray (in this was on our end, not theirs). Seriously, thank you Tasty Creations for making our day as awesome as it was. We hope to see you guys soon with my mom on bar staff! ;) And always remember, there’s no crying in baseball!! More...

Josefina and Chef David were amazing. We got married under challenging circumstances (COVID, rainy day - outside venue) and Josefina and Chef David did the impossible to make sure our day was still as beautiful, memorable and special. The food was great, the cake was great I have no nothing but great things to say. I don’t think our wedding day would have been as special if it weren’t for them. Josefina was awesome at helping bring our vision come to life and provided tips/recommendations I would have not thought of otherwise. Chef David and Josefina both stood outside in the rain holding an umbrella under me and holding my gown up so I wouldn’t get wet. Chef David stood in front of me as a literal barrier when my groom was at risk to seeing me before the ceremony. We truly could not have asked for a better pair to cater our wedding day. As I reflect and approach my one year wedding anniversary, I would be remiss not to write this long overdue wedding review. My mother and I first met Chef David and Josefina on February 2019 at The Secret Gardens Miami. We were in town from NYC and North Carolina for a few days scouting a wedding venue. Exhausted and satisfied with another venue I wanted to call it quits, but alas there was one more. I'm very glad my mother insisted because that night I found everything I wanted and more in a venue and in Tasty Creations Catering.
The dynamic husband and wife duo presented an impressive tasting and we immediately hit it off. They were warm, attentive, and before leaving Miami our wedding planning journey had begun. Tasty Creations Catering was a one stop shop.

We communicated for months over the phone regarding details, each call was professional and precise. In April 2019 my fiance and I at the time, traveled back for our first official tasting and decor meeting. In the comfort of Chef David and Josefina's home we were able to taste appetizers, entres, and cakes. I also got to go over the decor and day of schedule. It was a seamless process and comforting experience to know that I could get the majority of my services in one spot and be confident in planning from another state.

In August 2019, I had one more additional tasting and decor meet up with Josefina. Chef David took notes from our last tasting and adjusted his recipe to better suit our palette. As an artist and art educator, the decor and ambiance of the day was most important to me. Therefore, I was excited to be able to hand pick items from Josefina's extensive decor selection. All of these interactions made it such a stress free planning process.

Leading up to the big day January 20 2020 things went well. However, with all weddings there's always some bump in the road. In this case it was Josefina's health. She unfortunately became ill the week of the wedding and almost couldn't make it. Naturally I was concerned for her yet I was also nervous about how things would go on my big day. As a result of her own challenges, there was a few miscommunications on the morning of the wedding. The confusion was over the final guest count which led to unplanned cost. In addition, there were a few things that ran late which cut the dancing at the reception short.

These issues were extremely frustrating in the moment but in the grand scheme of things they were minor. In the end it was a beautiful day with thoughtful decor, scrumptious food, and an overall great time. If we had to do it again we still would use Tasty Creations Catering. We highly recommend Chef David and Josefina's services to anyone looking for a full service, genuine, and stress-free planning process. More...

These two were meant to be caterers!! Chef David by far is one of the best chefs out there. You alway's go into wedding's expecting the food to be mediocre but not with chef David. All my guest loved their meal, including the cake. Josefina did such an amazing job with the decor and flowers. I gave her some ideas and she made them look 100 times better then what I could have thought up. Besides their outstanding abilities, you can tell these two are both hardworking, humble people. Which is something I loved about them. You can tell they truly care to give you the best experience possible. Thank you both so much for everything you have done to make Danny's and I wedding possible. I hope in the future I'll have other events where we can work together again. More...
