Some of the best tacos ever. Inventive and delish: you must try them. I had a very delishious brusselsprout taco and chicken taco. Both were flavor bombs. They aren’t traditional or common in our area. They stand out! Thank you for bringing big flavors to York.My husband’s pork torta (football-sized, panini-like sandwich) was really good. It was shredded pork, chimichurri, avocado and cheese on a BIG, fresh torta roll. They whole thing is pressed like a panini. I couldn’t try it because bread is my enemy. But it looked splendid and he couldn’t finish it. He always finishes sandwiches, but this one is very rich.Maybe split it with a friend and order a side or a taco to try. Unless you are a person with a hollow leg, good luck finishing this bad boy.They have a great happy hour that is from 4-6 p.m. I think it is half off drinks and $2 tacos (don’t know which ones). Drinks you have to order at the bar. Didn’t try drinks that night. They looked good.There are a few Gluten Free options and vegan/vegetarian options which is helpful for folks with food allergies or dietary needs.I wish the menus were clearer on which items were GF. A very industrial chic restaurant with great drinks and desserts. Not the usual flare of simple meals. These meals were delicious. I had a steak salad with olives and crackers with cheese. It was a warm salad with fresh greens and just perfect steak. My daughter got the duck with a Sunnyside up egg and she said it was amazing. The taste test is one of those rare opportunities to try a new restaurant that you may not have even known about recently we went there and it was the Paco's Tacos which I highly recommend Paco's Tacos has not moved next door and is a permanent fixture I highly recommend checking out the taste test to see what's new

It was definitely worth the trip. Nice set up. We ate Paco Taco. The tacos we're delicious. But... I gotta be real, I wasn't blown away on a high level. I feel like Taco Bell would be a big step down, but Chili's is pretty good.... I don't want to be critical because it was super yummy. But I'd love to have been a bit more surprised.
