I have only lived here for a short time and I must say I have had the most wonderful experience so far! The staff is A++ and I love all the little events The Seneca hosts for us and I feel like they genuinely care for their residents!!!

Im going for two years of living in The Seneca and erything has been wonderfull! The location of the building is on a great area if you are a student, with easy access to parking and local recreation sites. The staff is very friendly and willing to help at all times(And they also plan a lot of fun events!) A definite must for students attending CCAD or Capital Law. More...

1st time away from home and I got to live in the Seneca-and I still do! The Seneca is truly a home away from home. They have free coffee, a gym, a common area, and a pool table. What's even great is that the Seneca puts on fun events that make the apartments feel like a community. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are have a nice home feeling to them. It has definitely been a place I can call home! More...

I'm living at the Seneca for my senior year in college and so far its been a really great experience. The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly through the entire process, including the move in where they assisted much more than I've experienced in other places. Getting rent paid is a breeze and the whole building feels very secure for a downtown location. The apartments have some really nice features like a washer and dryer in-unit, a dishwasher and other modern appliances in the kitchen. So far we've had zero problems with our one bedroom and I'm excited to continue living here! More...

The first time I stepped into the seneca I thought it felt like home, and since I've been living here that hasn't changed. The building and the views are wonderful, the staff is amazing, and everyone genuinely seems to care that you're happy, they even put on little events for residents so free food, crafts, and tons of other things! Very, very nice facility with a lot to offer. Tasha is super lovely and always manages to plan wonderful activities that allow residents to meet and socialize. Rooms are spacious and have many of the amenities that are needed. Residents are fun and enjoyable to be around. 24/7 Fitness center adds a nice touch and is super convenient. Overall, it was a nice location and a great place to live in my last year of college. If you are looking to stay somewhere that is central to the Columbus region, I would certainly recommend living at The Seneca! More...

The Seneca is a great place to live at. The neighbors are quiet, the landlord,l Tasha is always accommodating and considerate, and the location is great! Capital law school is across the street and Grant medical center is right behind the building. These were convenient for my fiancé and I since she went to law school and I worked at the hospital. The gym is adequate and the events are food-filled! Don't think twice about Seneca! We lived here for two years and are glad we did ! More...

I've lived at the Seneca for about 7 years in a few different unit types. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and goes the extra mile any time I need something. Maintenance does an excellent job keeping the building very clean as well as getting to my work orders pretty much day of. The apartments have amazing downtown views. The location is perfect! Having my own washer/dryer, newer appliances, and multiple closets are just a few of my favorites. I'm sad to be ending my lease at the end of the summer..the Seneca has been a great little home for me! More...

Home is where you find your cozy, your safe place and friends who become family. I've called The Seneca home not once but twice in the past 4 years and so happy with my 2nd home here. I love the brick exterior which makes for a quiet interior apartment and a variety of amenities to suite many. The warmth and attentive support from Tasha, Chris and Angel for it's community and needs outshines what I've experienced in other apt. comminities. They create social events such as "comedy night" and promote a variety of other social opportunities on site.

I'm completing my first lease here as a Sophomore and me and my roommate have signed a lease for another year. I really enjoy the convience of the location, as it's right next door to CCAD where I attend. It's a very clean and comfortable environment, with great a fitness room, free coffee in the lobby and the units are great for the price. It can be a bit pricy living alone as a student but with roommates it's definitely afforadable. The staff are wonderful and friendly and very helpful. I look forward to another year here at Seneca.
