I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer! My fiancé and I were traveling to Oregon and wanted to get engagement photos while we were there. Taras responded to me quickly and worked with me to find a package that worked for our budget. He had a lot of good locations for us to choose from which was appreciated since we didn’t know the area. The day of was absolutely perfect! Taras did absolutely phenomenal work. We were blown away by the photos. He was even willing to hike to Angels Rest in the gorge to get our shots, at no extra cost, and that hike is no joke. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and I could tell he really cared about getting this right for us. So thankful to have been able to work with him.

Taras is really a master and professional of what he is doing! It is so easy to work with him and so much fun!!! Unforgettable days for sure. Found Taras on Instagram, watched some pictures of his work. Watched couple YouTube videos of weddings. We reached out to him and he answered right away. We are living 4 hours apart so he gave us an opportunity to have a zoom meeting with him on the next day. Over the zoom call, he was really open with us. We did not feel discomfort at all. We were traveling to Portland from the east coast and decided to find a local photographer for our maternity shoot to take advantage of the local scenery. We reached out to Taras and he was very responsive and reasonably priced. We set up a time and location quickly and had our shoot 2 days later. He was very punctual and professional, even reaching out to help us find props to make the shoot great. On the day of, everything was efficient and smooth and Taras definitely knows what he’s doing. What a tremendously wonderful experience all around! It rained the day of our original shoot and Taras was flexible to reschedule for us. He was already at our location (Mt Tabor Park) when we arrived and had already scouted spot ideas for us. We would have been really awkward about posing but Taras directed us to do different moves the whole time and as you can see in our photos, we honestly had a ton of fun trying them out. He knew exactly what to look for with the light and if he wasn’t getting the shot, he made sure to direct us to the best lighting. Our 10 month old baby gave him lots of smiles (even after missing her second nap), and I think it’s because he’s both an experienced family photographer and a dad and he knew how to make certain sounds to make her look up and smile. And in the end, I cannot believe how absolutely beautiful our photos turned out! We’ll be reaching out to Taras again for holiday photos soon. More...
