This is a quaint location with a lot to offer. The price and the ambiance were perfect for the event. This is the 3rd time we have used this hall and it has never disappointed.

All I can say is it is a beautiful venue , clean and oh so pretty. I do believe I have found a venue for my upcoming milestone birthday. The planning will soon begin! I loved the garden area and that would be so pretty for pictures. Enough parking is available. Just a beautiful venue. More...

I had my heart set on a garden wedding but most places were way out of our price range or required a 100 or more guests. After much searching, we found Tapestry. Tapestry Banquet Hall is a pretty hall with a garden & indoor fireplace. Perfect settings for a wedding. It is owned by Sean & Dan. We met with Sean, he was receptive to our questions & we liked how the hall looked. The garden area is quite small. So we decided on an indoor wedding by the fireplace. They lowered the price per person and do not charge a separate fee for the wedding ceremony. That made it affordable for us. We loved the idea of having everything in one place. We were also allowed to bring in our own alcohol and have them serve it at no add'l cost.

Tapestry, unlike most venues do not charge gratuity in the price. Their motto is tip if YOU want not because we MADE you. They always responded quickly to phone calls. However, e-mails were not responded to, not a big deal for me because if I called, they were quite responsive. The only issue was being told they usually allow one rehearsal, we wanted two because our Groomsmen had hectic work schedules and could not make it to the first rehearsal. We only did one rehearsal, it worked out on the wedding day. Also, I discussed fish we had at the Tasting with Dan the chef, and was told it would be fried. I finalized the food menu with Sean & was disappointed to have baked fish on my wedding day. A few of the guests said it was not good & so did some of the bridal party. I personally liked the fish, even though it was not what I ordered. The rest of our menu was correct, Chicken Marsala and Gumbo. The gumbo is more like a jambalaya to me, it was really good, not bland or too spicy. The red skin potatoes were really good too & the chicken was a huge hit among guests. Also the salad, vegetable medley & rolls they served were VERY good. The garden was a nice place to take pictures. I would recommend them.

Sean at Tapestry did a great job on our wedding. We did not have our wedding at one of their locations so we just utilized their catering services. The food at the tasting was amazing and the price was very good, having looked at several catering companies. We met several times with Sean before the wedding to go over details and he was very easy to talk to. I wish the response timing on emails was a little better but he usually always responded. Tapestry also handled the bar and our request to have a few bottles on each table.

There were several things that were missed or I didn't see during the reception but I understand with all the confusion of our reception. The power went out just minutes before our ceremony so everyone had to scramble. Sean handled the situation well on his end. We had several guests say they didn't get certain appetizers and I never saw the fruit and cheese display we ordered. The cake also wasn't cut and served in a timely manner so barely anyone got to eat it and we took about 75% of it home. But with so much going on due to the power outage, I can understand some of this. Overall, Tapestry did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

I had my wedding here August 21, 2010.. Sean and Dan did a wonderful job.. There returned my calls promptly, and were very flexible when I changed my mind about the menu. They also had no problem with me hosting my rehearsal there. On the Day of my Wedding, it rained. Sean called my fiancee at 7:45 am to okay holding the ceremony inside (Which was NOT my original plan). Sean and my DJ suggested having a reception line, which I had thought was "old-fashioned", but actually tuned about to be fun, and made for great pictures. Sean also co-ordinated with my MC and DJ about the flow of the menu and everything flowed great. The food was good, and I got lots of compliments on the menu (Sirloin with Crispy onions, and Salmon with Leeks in Red Wine Butter, Mashed Potatoes, and Corn). As a bride with a smaller budget, the All-inclusive factor was a big plus.. And I loved that they have an outdoor option. The Bride Room was spacious, and plenty of parking. More...

Tapestry was very easy to work with, Sean and Dan really know the business. Sometimes I had to reiterate what I wanted, becasue it didn't get recorded right away, but they defintiely delivered. They had centerpieces in house that I could choose from that were wonderful. A very convienent set up, the food was AMAZING! The garden on site makes a great photo area! More...

My wedding venue was switched at the last minute and The tapestry gave a great deal and excellent service. You get a lot of food, and my decorator had no problem getting into the venue ahead of time to see the setup. He was responsive and did a great job making sure we had everything that we needed! I would recommend it for a small wedding reception of aout 100 to 200 max. More...

They do a good job. Don't respond as quickly as I like, but they do respond. They also had to be pushed to give us a contract and insure we would have what they said we would have in writing. Excellent reception venue - personal and small (about 200 people). The prices were very reasonable and food was excellent. Also, we brought our own alcohol to serve which is a big cost savings for the reception. They provided serves, bartenders, and cut cake and poured champange with no extra fees. Only extra fee was for a person for coat check. More...
