Diet A+, Workouts A+, Injury recovery A++, found the trainer & coach for me. Originally contacted James due to his winning bodybuilding experience. Looking for someone to fine tune my existing exercise program and tweak training diet. He really knows how to evaluate where you are, and then structure a plan to move you forward, while dealing with injuries. Shoulder injury made it hard to bench press. After James focused on Myofascial release, proper form, strength exercises, and stretching for recovery, I can bench pain free. He also addressed my hip tightness and pain. Once again, proper Myofascial release, proper form, strength exercises, and stretching addressed the issue at its core. Thought injuries and range of motion problems were with me for life. Already seeing major progress on all fronts. The most well rounded trainer and coach I have worked with so far. I highly recommend him! More...
