The teachers in this studio are really good. Very aware of the different levels of the students. The place is very very very clean and the athmosphere is quite positive. You sense that the people here care about you and not about your $$$ and memebership. Have attended many other yoga centers in Miami Beach and find this by far the best! I just left Miami after a great 5 day trip which included 3 wonderful sessions here of sunrise , evening and mid morning classes all were fantastic The teachers really helped me A lot in my poses and i felt so much better after each one I’d highly recommend you try them whether you new or yoga or a long tome practioner I liked it so much I may go one of there trips to Portugal Morocco or Machu picchu

Wow this studio is so welcoming. The teachers are warm, present and attentive. You won’t feel like just another student at Synergy. .. you are treated like family. The classes are wonderfully accommodating for beginners while still challenging the more advanced yogis. Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for years or you’ve never set a foot on a yoga mat, Synergy is hOMe! If you’re looking for a YTT program, I can not recommend Synergy enough!! I completed the 200hr 6week intensive training in South Beach with Victoria and it absolutely changed my life. Victoria is the ultimate teacher. Her program was so well-rounded and stayed true to the ancient wisdom and intention of Yoga. The course covered everything I could have asked for and so much more. And Victoria is an angel! A true walking encyclopedia for yoga and is a joy to be around. Her personality is radiant and the classes were always engaging and exciting. Such a repatterning experience. I highly recommend taking the teacher training even if it is just to deepen your own practice and understanding of the yogic lifestyle. 10/10 More...

I just finished the 200 hr yoga teacher certification training at Synergy, and what I learned from this program exceeded my expectations. I came into the program with an open mind and heart, but I didn’t know that it would actually transform my whole being as a person. Victoria really teaches you with love, and she is very thorough. She makes sure you are prepared to teach yoga. The 200hr teacher training was perfect. It's a perfect balance of learning and consistently practicing the physical -the asanas, with the foundation, history and philosophy of yoga. The teacher, Victoria has us start practicing teaching from day 1 so we become truly prepared to share the gift of yoga with others. It covers a broad range of yoga, including very practical sequences for the needs of our community - chair yoga, restorative, pre-natal, and partner yoga.
