Synergy Massage and Fitness

Recently completed the Kickboxing challenge with Jaime as the instructor.The workouts were intense. Jaime taught correct and proper form to limit any injury. There was no BS, only great workouts which involved numerous techniques involving body movement, punches, kicks, blocks and self-defense. Each new technique taught furthered the mental aspect of the workout. I highly recommend this class and subsequent challenges to anyone wishing to better themselves physically and mentally. More...

I highly recommend Synergy to anyone who is either trying to start their journey to a healthier and happier life, or those who want to take their athletic abilities to the next level.
