Great gym. Has everything you need. 2 power racks, adjustable bench press, free motion machines, cardio equipment, Dumbbells that go up to 100 in 5lbs increments, BB machines. Day pass is 12$ as of august 2017. Recommend it. More...

I love this gym! Their fees are extremely reasonable (~50 a month) and the membership is not over sold: Ive never had a problem getting a treadmill during the lunch hour rush. The staff are extremely friendly nearly all whom will know you by name within a month of you going there. All machines are clean and in good working order. They offer personal trainers who know what they are doing (from what I've witnessed as I haven't used their services personally). They have showers, towels, and lockers as you would expect. Lastly, whenever I had any issue or needed help or clarification with my membership Char the owner has always quickly stepped up and responded in the same day. If you are considering signing up just send her an email she will sort you out. If you work in this area this gym is really a no brainer, there is nothing else that even kinda compares. More...
