My culinary objective is to give you the best dining experience possible. I've successfully cooked hundreds of private in home dinners, weddings, corporate events and festivals. I use the freshest ingredients and source responsibly from the best local farms and purveyors in the area.

Q&As

This could be the toughest question that I get, and my response will always be the same. I have to much love and knowledge in multiple cuisines and will not just limit myself to one single dish. I do however have a lot of passion when it comes to Asian, Mediterranean, Mexican, Spanish, Modern American and BBQ.

I based my menu development solely around my clients. All menus are one off and built specifically around the flavors you desire.

I want to make this very clear this is not a job for me, this is my career and life long passion. I put 110% into everything I do from the starting point of menu creation to making sure I leave your kitchen cleaner then I found it. That being said my ability to create, execute and provide the best possible service and experience is the highlight of my career.

With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry I've been fortunate to hold every back of the house position. Throughout my career my passion to cook privately grew more and more as time went by so starting a business to really showcase my abilities just made the most sense. Working one on one with a client really givers me excitement that I never felt working for someone else in the restaurant industry.

I do provide online/ remote services on a case by case basises.

For starters I am fully vaccinated and boosted. I have always practiced proper sanitary measures under local sanitary guidelines. My sanitary practices have never changed besides masking up. Working clean has always been a number one priority in my book, so once covid hit I was already ten steps ahead of the game.

Services

I provide a one off custom menu to each of my clients. Cuisines are never limited as I focus on global fusion from all over the world.

I work very closely with some of the best mixologist in the industry which allows me to offer that next level experience with food & beverage pairings.
