Was greeted and guided through my first visit here. I was told to get the cinnamon roll, and man was I grateful I did!! I can't wait to come again and try other things. On another note the lady that came out and completed my payment was very respectful to my personal space and asked the people behind me without masks to please back up as they were literally almost right next to me More...

Really nice restaurant in the historic downtown. Currently only outside seating is available with take out order as well. Food was as great .Coffee was delicious, too.Egg croissant was yum!! Only problem was waiting for the food. We had waited for an hour to get our foods.Understandable matter, but had to be explained earlier. Will go back for sure. More...

Drop in for the best cinnamon roll you've ever had but arrive early because they sell out. Coffee is good. Service is just what you' d expect in the tiny Texas town. Southern hospitality at its finest. Dine inside or grab a picnic table outside. Full menu will make your brunch dreams come true. More...

I am exploring Georgetown with my daughter and we decided to give the Sweet Lemon a try for Brunch. It was a little difficult to figure out how to order (you order online and in the pick up notes tell them the table you are at - all outside seating - due to the Covid situation). Once we figured that out...the food was fabulous and the restaurant is super cute! It is worth the extra trouble to give this place a try. More...

Just delicious. We went for lunch and sat outside in the shaded patio area. I got the turkey croissant sandwich with a cookie and iced tea. My husband got a GF turkey sandwich and a slice of cake(can't remember the flavor). Everything was so good and fresh. The iced tea was amazing. We will definitely be back! More...

Magical and beautiful place in a historic home...fantastic food, incredibly kind and sweet staff and owner, and it's a treat for us to go there. Please support them, as they are a unique place, and they are very, very nice. It's a little "jewel" here in Georgetown, right off the square, and one of a kind. More...

I finally decided to try Sweet Lemon Kitchen. I was tired of thinking of something to make for lunch and dinner while working from home. The food was delicious. The steak was tender and not overly seasoned. We tried the SW Chimi Steak sandwich, Flank Steak Salad, Sweet Lemon Salad and the most important - Mississippi Mud Dessert. Saving dessert for tonight. You can tell they took time with presentation of take out. The salad ingredients were fresh and crisp. We used the delivery service from Favor. Considering it was lunch, the order arrived within 45 minutes. The food was still warm. Excellent service from Favor courier Alexis. No contact delivery. It was left on porch and immediately followed with text that food had arrived. Thanks for the delicious lunch! More...

Dang it. The food was excellent. The staff was nice. We hit in a day with a new kitchen staff and it took 35 minutes to get avocado toast. The cinnamon rolls were great. There was too much frosting for my liking but it was good frosting so that is personal preference. The roll itself was moist enough dough that the roll unfrosted was not dry at all. That is perfect. The avocado toast was great. I ate it in the car as this added an hour to our trip. We expected quick and it was not. A great town and a good stop. I would go back if I was not in a hurry. More...

I'm new to Georgetown and wanted something for breakfast and I did a search and found The Sweet Lemon Kitchen. They are in a house and have seating in and outside. They seem to do a good coffee and sweet business but have a limited breakfast menu. . No eggs. No waffles. But a killer fruit French toast. It was so tasty I didn't use any syrup. I started off with a Greek yogurt parfait which was also very good. I'm not sure how often I will return, but it definitely deserves a return. More...

Best brunch in Georgetown! I was so excited to see that they are now open on Sundays. All of the baked items here are hands down delicious. They have a French toast bread pudding-like creation that is To.Die.For. Also, a solid avocado toast. Good for kids as they have seating both inside and outdoors. I also ordered a pie and scones from here for Christmas and they were awesome. A charming place for brunch or lunch and I love that it is near the Georgetown square. Try it. You'll love it! More...

A house that is converted into a super cute cafe for breakfast and lunch. I came here with a friend Saturday early afternoon. There were plenty of tables and chairs outside and inside. I got their egg croissant which came with a side of fresh fruits. It was surprisingly filling and tasted very good. The croissant was warmly toasted and went well with the two layers of eggs, smoky bacon, melted cheddar cheese and tomatoes. My friend got the French toast which I took a bite of; it has a blueberry kick. It is very yummy for someone who is looking to satisfy their sweet tooth for brunch! Interior is also very "home-y" and gives you a "grandma's house" kind of vibe. There is a small shelf filled with China plates and tea cups. More...

Sweet Lemon Kitchen was an answer to a hungry prayer after spending the night in town in our car (our version of camping lol). The entire place is so adorable and cozy. Every part of it was beautifully done. My friend and I checked out the menu and decided to split the Migas (which was a special for the day) it came with a fluffy biscuit, gravy, breakfast potatoes, refried beans, and your choice between sausage or bacon. The migas itself was very good, not spicy at all so if you want to add more flavor it's up to you. The biscuit was soft and the gravy comes on the side (which I liked). We also ordered an iced chia latte (not very strong chia flavor but good coffee) and a drip coffee (which comes with free refills). Overall we loved this place for a special brunch stop! The portions are pretty large so I recommend splitting a meal :) More...

We loved our meal at Sweet Lemon! Their croissant breakfast sandwiches were scrumptious. My husband had the bigger breakfast, with eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy. He raved about the sausage patties. We also got a cinnamon roll and kolache, plus sweet goodies to go. Every single thing we had was delicious! We'll be back! More...

First time here today, around 1:00. No wait for an inside table. What a pretty house/cafe conversion! Wish I could have lived in it! I had the chicken salad croissant and tomato basil soup. The sandwich was good, but their recipe included mustard, which I didn't really care for. But I'm sure many will find it different and delicious. Also included in the recipe we're chopped green (Granny Smith?) apples. They added some sweet to the c-salad, but I felt it needed more. My wife's pulled pork sandwich came with a little cup of chopped pineapple. I borrowed it, and that improved my sandwich quite a bit. The soup was excellent, but I would have liked more than just the one basil leaf floating on top. Plenty of basil flavor from what I would guess is puréed basil though, and the bowl was nice and big!The pulled pork sandwich was very good, topped with shredded cabbage. Very tasty roll that it was served on.No soft drinks (such as coke or sprite.) That always disappoints me when an establishment doesn't serve them. Trying to omit such bourgeoise drinks? Too unhealthy? I say let the customer decide. We opted for the lemonade. Based on the name of the spot what could go wrong? Personally I thought it was too tart and intense. Had a powdered taste to it.All in all a good little cafe in a sweet setting. More...
