Every birthday, holiday, or get-together I have is graced with these treats (lemon blueberry cupcakes? YUM). I'm a super picky eater, especially when it comes to vegan food of any kind, and this stuff takes the cake (pun moderately intended) when it comes to moisture, consistency, and incredible flavors.
Get em, seriously. Plus she can make basically anything you can think of.
