Caroline’s cupcakes are delicious and she is so sweet and easy to work with! We had her bake for our wedding of 75 people and she baked 3 delicious cupcake flavors (Margarita, Bourbon Caramel Vanilla, and Red Velvet). All 3 were a hit and guests were scrambling to take the leftovers at the end of the night. She also had so many great ideas to accommodate our vegan guests and for how to make our cupcakes look extra special. If you're craving something sweet, Sweet Caroline's has you covered! I asked Caroline to make some Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough cupcakes for a bridal shower and let me tell you, she did not disappoint. These cupcakes were DELICIOUS! She made 2 flavors, chocolate and vanilla, and for a sweet surprise, there was cookie dough baked INSIDE of the cupcake! These cupcakes were perfect in every way - they looked & tasted amazing, the texture was phenomenal, and Caroline is a dream to work with. Sweet Caroline's is an amazing place to get sweet treats for all occasions. If you are looking for 100% customer satisfaction, look no further. Caroline takes her time to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order, which I have not found working with larger bakeries. While everything I have tried has been amazing (including her gluten free items which are the bomb!), my favorite is Sweet Caroline's Reese's Peanut Butter Cheesecake! More...

I ordered here for my sister's bridal shower and Caroline exceed our expectations! Simply Amazing!! You don't quality and customer service like this from larger bakeries. Sweet Caroline's is a home bakery and you get that sweet wonderful home-made quality but BEAUTIFUL cakes. Small-businesses y'all, it's the way to go. Everyone was amazed how beautiful her work was, like actual art. Yet, the looks didn't make it lose out on flavor--cupcakes tasted so delicious. We did two flavors: vanilla w vanilla and lemon raspberry buttercream. Sweet, buttery, and tangy (on the lemon)! And not to mention, she accommodated a gluten AND dairy free request. Even without either, the cupcakes were wonderful. Everyone raved about them, not just how great they looked but how awesome they tasted. And Caroline was a delight to work with. I reached out and she got back to me timely, worked with me to decide what was best for the event and what I was wanting. Total sweetheart and delivered them right on time! Sweet Caroline's baked goods are AMAZING!! Â I have had the pleasure of buying several cupcakes and cookies from her for work events and I have yet to be let down. More importantly, every time I bring them to work, my coworkers rave about them and ask where I got them from and if I can bring them in again.ALSO, Their professionalism and customer experience is just as sweet as their product! I feel like I stroke "bakery" gold with Caroline! I am pretty picky when it comes to cakes - so when I needed a cake to feed 30 adults it took me a while to find a baker within my budget who will be able to bake a delicious cake. Caroline exceeded my expectations.. and then some!! Not only the cake ended up looking like a Pinterest dream with tiniest details, it was incredibly delicious - fluffy, airy cake with smooth not overly sweet but perfectly decadent buttercream frosting! What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to bake sweet's that put a smile on people's face! The best part is getting to know people from all over the world in the process of baking goods with love and care, much like the celebrations for which the sweet's are desired! The best review I have ever gotten, which brought (happy) tears to my eye, was from a client that said she hadn't "been able to eat gluten, sugar, or diary for about 10 years and therefore [hadn't] had a birthday cake since [she] was 16 or 17!" I love that I was given the opportunity to make a Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Vegan cake for someone who not only loved the cake, but she was also given a memory and celebration that had been absent for a DECADE! That's why I love my job and why I love reviews from my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy baking for my friends and family, but there is a joy that comes from baking for others. Every dish is made as they would be for my very own family! I grew up in an entrepreneurial family that owns a restaurant, marketing business, and even a wine business! Needless to say, business is my blood but more importantly I started Sweet Caroline's because it makes me happy, teaches me new things every day, and allows me to meet new people from all cultures and walks of life.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I am a home baker, I do take limited orders. I work full-time and bake in my spare time because it is my passion! I devote the extra time, effort, and energy into baking because I want to serve the public with sweets that will bring clients as much joy as I have received by baking it. I would feel honored to be your baker!
