Went to military gyms majority of the time, and almost always found them to be crowded at all times, my wife finally got me to go to a gym off post, and we chose this one, it has been a blessing, with the child care, which all three of my children love, and the fact that it isn't packed, it has people constantly, but never feels congested. One complaint I have about the gym is its not inside my house so I don't have to leave my couch, but besides that it feels like home. The employees always try and great you if they are not making smoothies or ensuring the cleanest area possible. Always thinking of safety even during inclement weather with salting or fertilizer on the side walk. Great employees and so family oriented. I absolutely love this gym, the staff and the other members! The facility is beautiful and I was immediately comfortable as soon as I walked in. I became a member just this year (yes for 5 weeks now) and I am so happy here. I am already seeing results! I enjoy all of the classes but Zumba is my favorite (I love to dance). I've been coming here for a while, but never posted a review. I have been happy here, I like the classes and the instructors are amazing. I have always felt welcomed and never felt judged. I basically keep to myself, but if I have a problem I feel as if I am heard. I checked out Gold's to see what the hype was about... that's just it- hype. All their reviews are from people who work there. Now Cove Fitness is $35 a month so I feel like it's everything you need for a super reasonable price. I have been a member of Cove Fitness since 2002. I am loving the new changes and the new owners are open to suggestions from all members. It is my home away from home. Of all the corporate franchise gyms I have had memberships at (you name it, l was a member), Cove Fitness surpasses all of those with their staff, facility, equipment, classes and atmosphere. The staff are personable, unbelievably friendly and know each of their members. The equipment is well maintained & there is a huge variety. The classes & class selections are fantastic due to such exceptional instructors. The instructors know their participants & cater to all comfort & fitness levels & truly know the course material. I love this gym. The have multiple classes which cater to my crazy schedule. All of the classes are included in the monthly membership, no hidden fees or additional add on costs. The gym and equipment are clean and well maintained. The instructor's are knowledgeable and care about your progress. I am nodded ,prodded, and encouraged to be a fitter me. The staff is friendly and always greet you when you come in or leave and most importantly it is owned locally. This place is amazing! This place has such a down to earth and easy atmosphere it makes going easy! Between the people who work there and the workout instructors, you're bound to be successful because they're always there to answer questions and just make you feel welcome. If I had to make a choice to go to a gym everyday or a couple times a week, I'd choose one that I can feel at ease at and on top of it get a great workout. I absolutely LOVE the workout classes that are available, I've tried almost all and the classes and the instructors that teach them are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I'd say if you're thinking about it at least give it a try to see how you like it, it's free to try it out and to sign up it's very reasonable for what is offered. This has been the best gym I've ever been a member of. They're doing some awesome renovations too, which makes the environment even better. The best part though, is that the staff really seem like caring people and want to see the best of out the people who come to the gym. We're always greeted with a friendly face when we come in. What brought me to this gym in the first place was that they offered childcare. My daughter loves the childcare room, which was super important to me. I love coming here! I was a size 16 when I started and now I'm a 12. My energy is boosted, my food consumption has changed dramatically, and I'm stronger than I was before I had my fifth child. I wanted to say thank you because without going to Bodypump with Trish and the way she teaches it, I, personally, wouldn't be motivated to keep coming back. She has a drive that penetrates everyone's mind. She got to me! I want to be stronger. I want to be able to rely on myself when I'm older and my kids are gone. I personally like not having to ask my husband to help me lift something or open a jar! � No I'm not stopping here. I have much further to go. After all, staying this way is a lifelong pursuit. At this juncture, I just wanted to say thank you for being a great gym and thank you to Trish and all of the instructors for what they do for everyone that attends the classes. 5 �'s with my 5 week experience so far. I Love the RPM/Sprint classes shout out to Tonnia and Jose they are great motivators. They keep the class going and you won't want to give up. Out of majority of the classes I enjoy these most. Body flow is relaxing and a great class as well. Facility is clean, sauna is nice to use along with the workout. Childcare is always a plus! This review is long overdue. I love everything about this gym. The people, classes, daycare and equipment are everything you need and then some. When I got over my fear of group fitness classes, I was mad I didn't start earlier. They changed my fitness and I met great people. There is something for everyone at this gym and I can't say enough good things about the gym and instructors/employees.
