Nika provides such a warm and relaxing environment I was immediately calmed just walking in the door. She made sure to communicate through the stone process and determine if the stones were the right temperature for my body. She was able to use the ideal amount of pressure to eliminate many knots in my back that I have struggled to find someone that could use enough force.
