The initial contact, estimate appointment and communication leading up to install were great! The install went great, or so I thought, and the guys were polite and hard working. However, post install and multiple failed inspections which resulted in multiple extra appointments (and me leaving work early & additional days off of work to accommodate the inspections & fixes) was a nightmare of a headache to deal with. The inspector did say they were surprised it was happening with this company but they didn't follow the notes from the failed inspections until the third time which was even more annoying. I was a bit disappointed with the process but my AC has been great nonetheless. More...

I have lived in Florida since 1965 & have dealt with a lot of service repair businesses but I have to say that Sunrise AC & Electric has been the best experience for me. From the initial call to the finish they just know how to do it right from customer service to their knowknowledgeable & well experienced & trained service crew. Even their trainees were wonderful . Every Sunrise employee went out of their way to accomodate my endless questiions. It was interesting to watch them work. They are a well organized business & I would definitely reccommend them. They are so professional but also make you feel like family. I am very pleased with this company & they will continue to service my AC, heat & electrical needs. More...

I spent $8000 on a top-of-the-line AC unit installed by Sunrise. Six months later, during the hottest weekend of the year, it stopped working. I get it's Memorial Day weekend, but the owners aren't willing to call anyone to try and resolve this issue. I have 2 of their crappy portable units in the house and it's still 82 degrees and humid as hell inside. Their plan is to "hope" they can get the parts on Tuesday. Meanwhile, tomorrow is supposed to top 90 degrees for the first time this year. I guess they are too busy spending my $8,000 to care about the well-being of my family and fix the piece of garbage they sold me. More...

My AC was not blowing cold air and in 1 room there seemed to be no air coming out the registers. I thought duct replacement would be the answer since they are more than 30 years old although the unit is only 5 years old. I called Sunrise Heat and Air and spoke to a very nice lady who set an appointment for a free quote, to accommodate my schedule.On schedule Jesse and Alex arrived and were friendly, clean, wore masks and put on shoe covering which I appreciate. They answered all my questions. They found the actual problem, a bad defrost control board. They were able to replace it and add a pound of refrigerant for $543 ,they also give me an estimate for duct replacement and for a mini split unit and maintenance recommendations.I am very happy with the service I have received so . I recommend Sunrise Air & Heat and now plan to use Sunrise Air & Heat as my AC guys. More...
