What’s your signature dish?
Beef Brisket, Cilantro Chicken, Peach Cobbler, Baked Beans, Collard Greens, Pork Tenderloin, Enchiladas, Various Bars (Taco, Mashed Potatoes, Breakfast Bar), Roasted Potatoes, Maple-Dijon Carrots, Seasoned Green Beans, and a variety of appetizers, breakfast items and lunch fixings.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I listen to my clients needs, type of event and expected outcome. Then I put together several options for my client to choose from.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people enjoy my food! However, prior to watching people enjoy the finished product, I love cooking the food. I create menu options that meet my customers needs and budget then I get the pleasure of preparing a meal that I know they will enjoy. I love exceeding my customers expectations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love to cook and I always received compliments on my food. After several years of creating great food for friends, I decided to turn my hobby into a business.
