Wally did a fantastic job cleaning our 14-year old carpeting. We weren't sure of the move out date from our rental so I called him 2 days in advance asking for his help. Summit had great reviews so we knew we could count on him to meet the high standards our property manager has. Wally fit us into a very busy day for him. Ryan at Summit was awesome. He went to 2 of my vacant properties without me being there and did a great job on my carpets. The first discussions over the phone were thorough and I loved that he gave a price estimate range without having to do a consult first. Scheduling was quick and easy. From the houses the day of service he called me to confirm the final pricing, which wasn't different than the phone range, and the job was done very well. I love finding companies that respond timely to their clients and do a great job, this is certainly one of them. I will use them again for my own needs and certainly recommend them to others.
