How long have you been in business?
I have been in residential cleaning for over 15 years. I opened my business in July 2018
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We provide all cleaning supplies. The majority of our cleaning supplies are EPA- approved to help fight COVID-19.
What do you love most about your job?
We love helping our customers maintain their homes so they can enjoy time with their families. We love having a great relationship with our customers. We believe communication is key to a successful relationship. We also take pride in the finished product.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to start my own business when I started growing when I was cleaning by myself. I keep my customers happy, and they refer us out to others. My business is small. There are five of us all together, and we like it that way.

You should choose Sue's Custom Cleaning because we take pride in our work. We only clean one to two houses a day. We do not rush through your home in order to get four or five houses done in a day. Our goal is not just to meet your expectations, but to exceed them! We treat your home like it's our own! You will always have the same cleaners each time. We are very reliable. It is very rare that we cancel your service for the day.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Keeping our customers safe during Covid-19 is our top concern. We use EPA approved chemicals, we all wear masks, and we also take temperatures every morning before work along with questions about Covid that we have to answer.
