I just want to say that Cerissa is absolutely incredible at what she does! Everytime I have gone to see her I leave feeling like she gave me exactly what I asked for! Loved my balayage and the stylist however my only complaint is the pricing is not straightforward on the website it says starting at $80 which I found reasonable however I was charged $175 (not including tip). More than double the initial price online. That's fine if that's the case I would prefer more upfront pricing. I also was not provided an explanation or itemized list of what the charges were so I could understand why it was more than double the price listed online. More...
