We hired Kyle as the videographer for our wedding. He was respectful of our time and did high quality work.  We choose him because he had previously done Santa Clara University Mission Church, which was our venue. He knew the venue and what to expect day of our wedding. We purchased the long edited film with him. The original edits he sent to us to did not meet our standards. We asked Kyle to make a couple revisions.  Kyle was understanding, patient, and helpful with our request. He never questioned our intentions or pushed back, since after all this was our wedding!! We love the final edited film product once he made some revisions!! His Customer Service was exceptional.  Studio Arcady has fair prices and good understanding of wedding videography.  We would highly recommend their services, especially Kyle. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone! We had a destination wedding in Sonoma from Chicago so it is tough to choose vendors from afar. Kyle was the easiest person to work with. Kyle was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was so professional and always quick to answer any of our questions! During our wedding day, we knew he was videoing during the wedding, but he was like a ninja stealthily shooting video in the background! I can't rave enough about Kyle and his team. To start, Kyle was a pleasure to work with. He agreed to have an extra visit at at my request (even though he had to drive quite far for to the venue) so he could meet my photographer and familiarize himself with the venue. Planning your wedding can be quite stressful and not all vendors and stress free - Studio Arcady was 100% stress free!
My wedding coverage and especially my highlight video turned out PERFECT!!! I have watched it probably 100 times at this point and I am so happy that the spirit of of my day was captured so beautifully. Studio Arcady was amazing! I never realized how hectic and unorganized my brain would be on the day of my wedding, and Kyle just worked so well with it! I had a last minute change in the order of locations and Kyle just made it all work. He is super responsive and makes the whole experience super easy and non stressful. There was even a moment where I found out that something unfortunate happened to the photographer that we booked with Studio Arcady, and she wasn't going to be able to make it. This was only a few days before my wedding so while reading the first lines of the email, I was in a bit of a panic. However, after reading a bit further, I saw that Kyle had already reached out and confirmed three other options for me to choose from. I ended up loving my photographer! If you're on the bench about hiring a videographer for your wedding, just do it. My family originally decided to get a wedding video for family and friends who couldn't make the trip out to California, but honestly, I'm so glad I have it for myself too. The day went by so fast I feel like I didn't get to soak in any of the small details (like the decor and the flowers) and it was so wonderful to be able to watch our ceremony again and catch things that I missed or forgot on the day of.Kyle did such a great job capturing our wedding in August. We loved the highlight reel he sent us and have already gotten so many compliments on it from family and friends. My husband joked that Kyle was so sneaky because we hardly noticed him all day, but he still managed to get all these great moments on the video. We looked at a lot of different companies before deciding to hire Studio Arcady. Kyle and his associate we a pleasure to work with.  Planning and executing a wedding can be a stressful affair.  In many cases I found vendors went MIA as soon as you gave them the first initial large deposit - not so with Studio Arcady.  They offered competitive pricing and were easily reachable every step of the way.  They were professional on the actual day, and my wife and I were pleased with their final product.  They even let us provide input on the music, etc.  The final product looked like a true pro movie.  I highly recommend Studio Arcady! After searching a while for a videographer within our price range that had a high quality portfolio, I'm so glad we finally found Kyle! I was debating whether or not to hire a videographer, with all the wedding costs it can get overwhelming. When I asked friends their biggest regret from their wedding or lesson learned it was not getting videographer. I have a family member who say they still watch theirs on anniversaries 20+ years later and it's a nice memory especially to see the family that is no longer with them. I could not be happier with our wedding video from Studio Arcady. It so easy to work with Kyle and his team. On the day of the wedding they worked closely with the photographer and it was like they were barley there which was amazing to not have to one person to answer questions for. I would highly recommend going for the drone package, we were married at a winery and to have a birds eye view of the reception and the property with rolling vineyards was amazing. We hired Kyle after looking at tons of other videographers/reviews,etc. i was SO happy we did!!  It was the last addition to our wedding as my mother didn't think it was necessary. It turned out to be her favorite thing we did!! Kyle arrived on time, was very professional, had many different types of camera's for different shots, got all the details, and we hardly even noticed he was there! I loved the instagram teaser he made for us as well! That was really cool to share! The video didn't take long at all and it was beautiful! These guys were so awesome. They were very responsive to my emails before and after we signed a contract with them and followed up with us on music selections and various requests after the fact. On the wedding day, they were prompt, professional, and also very discrete - I hardly remember the cameras at all! They perfectly captured the sentiment of the whole day and pieced it together perfectly between the different shots and the music selection. I cry every time I watch our highlight video! After a search of videographers in our area and watching countless videos online we finally found Studio Arcady and Kyle! And what a blessing it was ! From the start he was extremely helpful and responsive to my many emailed questions and although we did not meet before the wedding day he kept in contact with us as the day got closer. He and his team made the trek up to our little town of Gualala for the wedding and got right to work capturing our day.  He worked great with our photographer and other vendors and we could not wait to see what he would put together for us! I was on the fence about hiring a videographer for our wedding, as we were looking to save money where we could.  But I thought I would at least like to have someone record the speeches from our wedding, since we won't be able to recall all the things that are said through photographs.  At first I was thinking a friend or relative could just record the speeches on a camera.  I later decided to ask our photographer if she had any videographer referrals.  What would I regret more: saving some money but wishing I had video of our wedding or spending a little more for the peace of mind that we did capture our day?  Studio Arcady was one of the suggested vendors from our photographer.  After comparing the three or four referrals, we decided we liked the sample videos on Studio Arcady's website above the others for style and quality.  Their packaged prices were also a better deal for us, as we knew we'd have a 15+ hour wedding day.Kyle from Studio Arcady was always quick to respond to any of our questions via email.  Both Kyle and Sergio were friendly and professional.  When it came to our wedding day, they showed up on time and were able to capture footage without getting in the way of 7 ladies getting ready with the hair and make-up team all in one hotel suite.  It was like they weren't even there (in the best way); they were able to work behind the scenes, alongside our photographer, without any issues.It took about two months to get our video (as I said, we had a very long event and I'm sure there was a lot of footage to go through) and I was amazed at how well the video turned out.  It was even better than I had hoped for, so much so that I asked to see even more!  The quality of our video was so good that we ended up wanting to see all of it and asked to purchase the raw footage.  As always, Kyle responded promptly and we were mailed our whole DVD package shortly after.  The highlight video captured all the special moments of our day and the music synced to the video perfectly.  I usually don't like to be in the spotlight, but this video is something I am proud to share with our family and friends so we can remember our celebration.  I am so happy we decided to hire a videographer and beyond grateful for the wonderful work done by Studio Arcady. I was lucky enough to find Kyle (and Sergio) and Studio Arcady on thumbtack. We weren't sure we could find a videographer up to our standards and within our budget. I am so glad we decided to go with Studio Arcady! They were extremely easy to work with, accommodating, friendly and professional. They worked very well with our other vendors. The final products were impeccably done. They made my mom and dad cry they loved them so much! The cinematography was amazing! We were blown away and very, very happy with our wedding video.
