Stryker Strong provides specialized personal training and nutrition programs.
Our team consists of National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainers, Certified Nutrition Coaches, and fitness nutrition specialists. As well as interns with or working on BS degrees in nutrition, dietetics, or exercise sciences.
Everything we do is science based but artfully applied to offer a very personalized experience for each client.
