Training with Erin at Strong Not Sorry has been an enjoyable and rewarding experience. I don't like to work out and had tried so many other places in the area that left me disappointed. Strong Not Sorry gives me a personalized workout along with nutritional guidance. It was an investment in MYSELF and has been worth every penny. I look forward to each training session even when my sore muscles aren't. Erin is the best at what she does, she is motivating and I would highly recommend to anyone no matter your fitness level/goals! More...

At the urging of my son, I tried a personal trainer for the first time a few months ago. Boy did I get lucky when I called and met with Erin from Strong Not Sorry! From the the very beginning she has listened to me and gone above and beyond as a trainer! Her words and actions inspire me every time I'm in the gym with her! I go three times a week right now and even though it kicks my a&& most days it's the best feeling having gone and accomplished a great workout...tailored to my specific needs. She's very knowledgeable about the nutrition aspect of working out as well. That has been extremely helpful to me! The gym is clean and bright. Let me preface. I'm not one to take the time to write reviews. BUT this experience is worth telling. I recently went in to check my BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and I was given Erin's UNDIVIDED attention. This was great! She ran the test and went over the results with me in a way that was very easy to understand. BMR is a new concept for me so I needed a full understanding of what it was. The test results are intimidating because of the amount of information provided on the sheet but Erin was able to break down what was most relevant to me. I learned a lot about myself that day. Erin is extremely accessible and passionate about her clients. I will continue to support Strong Not Sorry in my through my fitness journey and will always recommend this business to everyone I know!!! More...

I have been consistently working out with Erin at Strong not Sorry since January 1st! I have seen tremendous results in a very short amount of time. Not only do I get AMAZING personalized workouts I also get detailed meal plans and movements to do outside of training with her. But the workouts and meal plans are just a portion of what Erin offers, you will get continued support and motivation throughout your entire journey with her. She pours her heart and soul into every single thing she does for you. Deciding to train with Erin Taylor at Strong Not Sorry has been the best decision of my life!!! My experience with Erin Taylor at Strong Not Sorry has been nothing short of amazing. I started with Erin on January 2 and she trains me 4 days per week. Everything from the equipment, the studio, the quality of the workouts and instruction to the results I have achieved has been far above my expectations. I am 51 and am in the best shape of my life. The knowledge and expertise that Erin utilized to train and coach her clients is superior to any training or exercise instruction I have received anywhere else. I’ve worked out at the Y, Planet Fitness, LA Fitness, Lifetime Fitness and other local gyms. None of them compare to the Strong Not Sorry studio. If you want 1-on-1 training, nutrition guidance, a specific workout plan customized for you personally, and a certified trainer to coach you and keep you on track for your goals, Strong Not Sorry is the place for you. It all starts with the initial consultation and assessment so Erin gets to know all about you and your goals. The next step is the Inbody Scan to tell you all about your body composition and where you need to focus. Coming to strong not sorry has been the best decision for me. My fitness journey has been long, I have been trying to gain muscle since high school. I started working out with Erin Jan 1st and I go 3 times a week. I was skeptical that she would be able to give me the progress that I couldn't give myself with working out 6 days a week by myself. But over the past 4 months I have seen tremendous progress in my strength and muscle size. Her workouts are very detailed, well thought out, and personally tailored to me. She helps me in every aspect of this journey. I can tell she pours her heart and soul into everything she does for me and every other client she has. I plan to stay with her for the long run. I have worked out for 20 plus years. My past workouts primarily consisted of cardio with light strength training through group classes. Out of curiosity I went to Erin for a body scan to determine my percentages of body fat and muscle mass. After reviewing those results, with Erin, my goal was to build muscle. Erin developed a nutrition plan (that provided the appropriate balance of protein, carbs, and fats....actually more calories than I was consuming...YES!!) and a detailed workout plan including strength training and conditioning. I work with Erin four times per week. Weight loss was not my goal, but I did lose 3% body fat after the first six weeks. I value the research, attention, and supervision I get working with Erin as a personal trainer. She gives her undivided attention in the studio and responds quickly to texts and emails. If you are thinking about personal training, Strong Not Sorry is the way to go!! Erin is absolutely AMAZING!!! She takes the time to give you personalized programs that work for you! ! She explains everything in detail so you never feel like you don’t know what to do or what’s going on.
