Ed did a wonderful job at our wedding! He kept everyone on the dance floor all night! He was very observant of who was on the dance floor and played the music accordingly. It was such a pleasure working with him and very easy to pick the music from his website. GREAT price! We also got a jump drive from the photobooth pics, which we shared with our thank you cards! What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
The secret is, the guest of honor. Of course you need a good dj playing music, but if you want your party to reach the next level, the guest of honor has to be the one leading the charge. Everyone is at the party/event to celebrate someone, or someone's, special day so if they are out dancing and having a great time it makes it very easy for the guest who are there to come out and join in the fun.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
That's easy, I'm strategic. Every event has a certain flow and energy to it and it's the dj's responsibility to determine what that is, quickly. I'm great at reading crowds and creating a party atmosphere around the crowds like and music preferences. Another way to describe my style is, I'm a chameleon. I've been doing this for so long that it has made me great at adapting to any crowd or party style.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating a great memory for my clients. I do 3-4 events every weekend just about, and most all of my clients celebrate a few events their whole life so our goal is to make certain that those parties go great for each client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Started at a young age being a roadie for DJ companies carrying in and setting up equipment to earn extra income on the weekends. Very quickly I grew to love a job where you get paid to go parties! Eventually I became very drawn to the music part and hence started my DJ career.
Why should our clients choose you?
First and most important, I listen. I ask for you to tell me all about the event your planning. I want to know how you envision your event being and then we do our best to create that.
