So far so good! Although I’ve only just began with her, we’ve spoken twice at some length and she’s gracefully listened to my business idea (call #1) and upon responding with different pricing options for me, listeners to ever manner question imaginable (call #2) along with my updates on things discussed during our first conversation. I’ve agreed on service and deliverables at a reasonable price for am awaiting delivery of industry, market, and SWOT analysis for my proposed business, feasibility study, business summary, etc. Honestly, a very small price to pay to obtain third-party opinion on if I should spend the larger amount of necessary money (hard to come by) only to find out my small business idea won’t work. I’m looking forward to getting the business going (assuming it passes feasibility muster) and utilizing her for additional services such as identifying additional solutions opportunities, marketing strategies, financial forecasting, etc. I may update this more in the future as things continue to develop. What do you love most about your job?
I love helping others. And I bring MUCH more than "just" accounting to the people that I help. I bring many years of business management, I.T., marketing, operations, compliance experience, plus helping start-ups and growing companies. I care about "the person", not just their business or "the buck".
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am passionate about helping businesses because you don't know who to trust, who to call, what to ask, and you don't know what you don't know! You don't realize how difficult it could be until "the fire is already burning you".

I prefer having at least one discussion before any project is started. It's important to listen to the challenges, learn about the person and what their goals and vision is. I look for solutions customized for them.
More specifically, I bring very extensive skills and over 30 years of experience. I've helped mom-and-pop businesses to my biggest client who is a $4 billion manufacturing company. There's not much that I can't do.
It's also important to know that I am more than an accountant, but a business consultant. That's offering more than "just bookkeeping" and printing a Profit & Loss. It means being able to help you understand how to use a P&L, beyond just knowing that you made a profit or not. I can offer
