Shannon's experience as a PT assistant in orthopedic and sports rehab has really helped me to continue to work out at the level I want and do the things that I love despite lower back pain. She has showed me several moves to help correct imbalances in my hips which are working better than some of the stretches I learned from yoga or the chiropractor. More...

We discuss at length goals, likes, dislikes, successes and failures during past attempts at "getting fit". It is important to motivate the client by designing a program that sets them up for success and not failure.

CONSISTENCY!!! It is so important to get back up and keep going especially when you fall down. How many times have you started an exercise program and quit after a few weeks? Imagine where you would be now if you had just kept going? Everything you do adds to your results, so even if you miss a week, for whatever reason, keep going. Also, it is important to design an exercise program that is achievable and doesn't burn you out after the first two weeks. We have busy lives. We don't need to live at the gym to meet our fitness goals. Together we find what works for you and your hectic life.

Getting to know my clients and most of all seeing their results. Witnessing the explosion of confidence is awesome and I know this confidence is carried over into every other area of their lives. It is a sight to behold and I love it!

It took a leap of faith and I am glad I jumped. Owning my own business allows me to be more customer oriented.

My number one goal is to help my clients reach theirs. I truly do this job because of the people and want to help them have the best life possible.
