What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people go from feeling alone, angry, overwhelmed, or powerless to reconnection with themselves and their loved ones.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I hit my own " rock bottom" in my 30's after creating my so called "perfect life" and realizing I was deeply unhappy. After learning how to get very real, honest, and authentic with myself I started to live with a genuine sense of joy and peace. I now find great purpose in helping who are walking their own path towards creating a genuinely authentic, honest, joyful life.

I am very good at getting to the root of the issue and helping people find clarity, peace, and a path forward. I lead with compassion and heart while also bringing a lasered focus and intentionality to each session.
