What do you love most about your job?
I love most about my job working closely with my clients to design and create the resource they need to market their business. It is a skill set that my client often has little expertise in. When they realize how wonderful the images, the videos and virtual tours are they are just thrilled. I love helping them feel great about what is being created for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After a long successful career financing real estate transactions, I wanted to have a creative input into the same markets. I had always loved photography, even before getting involved in financial and capital markets. I hve developed an opportunity and time in my life where I can combine my creative love and skills in photography and technology with the same real estate markets I have always been a part of.

The primary service - photography, videography, virtual tours and aerial photography needs to occur on site. Although, editing and processing these assets, as well as any web site development can occur remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear masks as required, quarantine if the situation requires it, and self test. Any risks are mitigated by being a responsible service provider.
Property photography
I will create high quality property images of your property. I will provide you with web quality images and/or print quality images. The images are ready to be uploaded to all of the real estate websites, such as Zillow and Realtor.
In addition, the same images can be included in a slideshow video for presentation on the various sites. I can also host these videos for you on my YouTube channel.
Virtual Tours
I will create high quality, immersive, virtual reality, incredible 360Ëš view virtual tours of your property. These tours are interactive and your buyer, renter or customer can 'walk-through' your property.
You can select a Matterport service which comes with the virtual tour, floor plans, and the famous dollhouse view. Or you can select the Viewing Spaces service which provides the virtual tour, hosted property web site with customizable features too numerous to list here, such as multiple web pages, audio, music, video, etc.
Property videography
I will create high quality videos of your property. Buyers or renters will be immersed in actual video views of your property. As they 'flow' through your property, textual highlights of each space can appear on the screen. The buyer or renter, not only views the space, but learn about all of the unique and valuable features you are offering.
Property Website
Are you looking for more than property photos? I can design and create a property specific website for your listing. I can include contact forms with direct email to your inbox.
The website can include the property photos, virtual tours, slideshow videos and the property video. Descriptive information about the property, including location and google maps can also be included.
