I went to Step Beyond Fitness for Life Coaching to see if I could get help in gaining momentum on an undertaking that I just kept putting off. What I love most about coaching is watching people make discoveries for their life and create their own “a-ha” moments. There is no better feeling than seeing someone make a life changing realization and become unstuck from their own thought patterns and beliefs. Whether it is finding the ideal career, achieving optimal health, creating powerful relationships or restoring work/life balance I feel grateful to be able to help my clients grow personally, professionally, emotionally and physically so they can find their purpose and reach their true potential.

I moved to the US from England in 2003, and initially decided to certify as a personal trainer. But as an employee it seemed that more of my time was spent on selling packages than on serving clients. I started my own business so that I could meet the needs of my clients in a way that I couldn’t while working for someone else. I wanted to become more than their personal trainer; I wanted to be their personal coach. Anything we desire in life requires clarity, purpose, strategy, action and accountability, and coaching provides all of these by guiding you to dig deep for answers.
