Stems provided the flowers for my casual wedding. My mother who has been in the floral industry for over 30 years and has dreamt of doing my wedding flowers could not be here physically to do them herself. She contacted stems with a very specific vision that she had for my special day. The staff at Stems graciously worked with my mom to create a bouquet that not only fit my personal style but that fit the casual ceremony and complemented my dress perfectly. They even went the extra mile to text her pictures of the finished product to ensure it is what she had envisioned. When I went to pick up the finished product the staff all knew who I was before I even said my name. The entire staff was friendly and caring! They allowed for me to have a piece of my mom with me while she couldn’t be with me physically. Not only was my bouquet unique and stunning but the experience they provided is truly unmatched. I understand Valentine's day will be busy and that is forgivable. But to receive flowers that are fully spent, wilted and deflowered with petals sitting in the delivery bag instead of on the flowers is disheartening. Possibly a delivery issue. Not worth the $130 my SO spent. (The bouquet had high potential, beautiful flowers were chosen with a great color scheme, but fell flat.) Disappointed in product quality.*****They made an unfortunate delivery into creative genius. I think these people are the most amazing designers and they are always willing to adjust to exactly what you want to do. Everytime I order a designers choice bouquet it is off the chart amazing !! I just want to give a big shout out to Stems and the AWESOME service they provide. I ordered from Stems last year and had a few minor issues with the flower arrangement. Not a major problem by any means but I was a little disappointed with what we received. I was in contact with them over the course of multiple days and they were always very kind and accomodating. At the end of it all it worked out well despite the minor problems. My wife loves Stems and they were so good to me last Valentines that I figured I would give them another chance. Not only did they remember me from last year they went out of their way to make this year a truly unforgettable experience. I want to thank Craig and Debi and all the others who not only made it right last year but went above and beyond to take care of me this year. Outstanding customer service and beautiful flowers. I called in from Newfoundland in hopes of getting a last minute arrangement done. (on the Saturday before Xmas no less!)
