Stel Housecleaning has an excellent reputation in Ventura County for thoughtful and considerate service and have been in business over 20 years. I am shocked to even see a less than 5 star review. I have been their client for the past 6 years, and they have cleaned all 3 of the homes I have lived in, ranging from Westlake Village to Ventura. All 3 homes were completely different: 1st one had Mexican pavers as flooring and a very antique wood floor which was always excellently cared for by her staff, the 2nd and 3rd homes have been 2 floors, and had carpeting. I have never had any issues with Stel Housecleaning because they are very quick to resolve any issue I have, and always offer complete satisfaction of service. You cannot expect a cleaning service to clean to a sparkling level if your home is a mess and disgusting to begin with. I think people should realistically and honestly consider their own level of home cleanliness to begin with, especially with dogs/cats or any other pets before blaming it on a company that is adored in its community. If the company resolves your issue, stop giving them 1 star reviews or consider changing your review. Just my 2 cents... More...

I just recently used Stel Cleaning service for the first time and I was not disappointed. Talking to Stel and setting my appointment was so quick and easy and she has a very quick response time. I had only one girl come because her partner had to be with her daughter last minute because she went into labor. I felt bad that Ampero had to clean alone but she did a really good job. She was so sweet and hard working and I will definitely be calling for her again and next time there will be two girls cleaning and that means it will be double the awesome! More...

Stel housecleaning is the best. I work all  the time and it was nice to come home to a clean house. I have two cats and vacuum all the time but her services were awesome! I have used Stel Housecleaning at my home as well as at my grandfather's home. I love walking in to the house after they have been there. The house looks great and smells great.
