Raf is great at StartMyDiet. He is very knowledgeable about the products he stocks and is always willing to give you the best advice on what you could take to help you reach your individual goals. I think it's also very productive that he has a training facility right on site for those who want the added benefit of having a personal trainer to get you through the inevitable lows that all diets have!
