Steve was a pleasure to work with! I knew our school website could be so much more than it was but I had taken it as far as I could go. Finding Steve was a blessing. He listened to all of my requests and in writing explained how he would accomplish each of them in lay terms I could understand. He added our staff photos and made many additional changes to our website that made it more interesting and attractive to view and more user friendly. He also pointed out and fixed several things I was not aware of that were hindering our school being easily found on the web. I contacted Steve Crayne about my website and some problems I had with it. I use Wix and he jumped right on it. His prices are great and he creates a quality Design. I would highly recommend him. Exceptional Service! The turn around time, the design. His response time to emails, texts, etc. are amazing. You don't have to wait days to get something updated. I had a few fake 1 stars on google reviews (competitors?) and he called Google to help delete the fake reviews! He stayed on top of it and it helped greatly. It is really hard to find a businessmen as "old school" like Steve Crayne and Starting Gate Marketing. He provides a quality service and excellent modern website design! I wanted to create a new art website for a long time, but it’s hard to find someone out of the blue or trust his work without referral. Recently it dawned on me why I hadn't asked someone I knew who just created a great-looking website. That’s how I came across Steve Crayne and Starting Gate Marketing. I contacted Steve and bombarded him with a long list of questions. He probably thought that some of them were silly as I was completely illiterate to website design or computer jargons. Steve gave me responses that were prompt and easy to understand. I consider myself a picky person and must have reflected this in all my requirements. Steve would entertain all my requests, and they were incorporated within his very reasonable price range.During the web creation process Steve guided me along with step-by-step instructions. There was no difficulty for a laymen like me to complete uploading any information that I needed to onto the mock site. Steve created a beautiful site for me just the way I had wanted it, with the inclusion of some of his constructive and creative ideas. At the final and crucial stage of canceling my account with a previous web host and transferring my domain into my new site, Steve spent time wrapping up all the technical details for me by directly communicating with the former site host. For example, because of his connections in horse racing, he introduced me to the breeders of a Kentucky Derby horse that is running in the 2019 Derby. The breeders are all wearing my equine themed belts at the Kentucky Derby - a great promotional event for Churchill Leather.
