When looking for someone who can do great web design and deliver what he says he can do, look no further than Matthew. This guy is dead honest in what he can do for you and ethical in what he delivers. My business has been in San Jose a long time, but we needed a new site built. Matthew realistically listened to what we were looking for and made excellent suggestions, worked with us all the way, and answered all questions and concerns thoroughly. He worked quickly and efficiently to produce a custom made site and still continues to help and answer questions on site maintenance and any other issues that can come up with having a site. I am nothing but totally pleased with the professionalism, personable treatment and great job he did. Website design is something we know nothing about. That is why we needed a web designer that would be able to translate what we expressed into something usable and aesthetic. We were extremely thrilled to meet Matthew and loved how knowledgeable he was. He was also extremely easy to work with. Many web design companies work with large businesses with huge budgets. But other businesses (like mine) always need help too. It is really hard to find a reliable web designer that is affordable for the rest of us. Stark Marketing is just that for me. Matthew is always helpful, skilled, and responsive. He has helped me several times with some ad design and also, more recently, on a web design. His quality is great, and he doesn't have a $10k minimum just to work with him. Stark Marketing is a favorite reference for anything online.  Matthew  answers my questions and is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. When I started my business, I needed someone to show me the ropes on the internet. I actually made the mistake of hiring someone overseas to develop my site, as it was fairly complex and the quotes I got at the time were $100k+. the team I hired did ok but the user interface was really bad, especially the logo and the home page. Stark Marketing designed page mockups one at a time which my developer integrated. We were very impressed by our new  homepage. Other pages look great too. We are extra happy with the pages Stark designed that actually inspired improved functionality in the site and how it is used.
