I’ve been a part of two 6 week group classes with Sierra and I HIGHLY recommend taking her class! The class is small enough to still feel like you are getting one on one training but have a great group of women to help keep you accountable. She is great with accommodating you if you can’t perform the exercise. My knee was bothering me during one class and I couldn’t perform a lot of leg exercises so she adjusted my work out to accommodate my knee pain! Sierra is a great coach and super knowledgeable. I have been taking classes from Sierra for a while now. For someone who hasn't lifted weights for strength training, I love her attention to correct form. She is able to push you in a very positive manner to do more than you think you can. I love the small group classes. They really hold you accountable. The results I've seen are amazing. Found just what I was looking for!!! Knew I would need to be in a group setting to be motivated to start and continue with working out again but was intimidated by large classes and gyms. This small group is perfect as it is inclusive and encouraging all thanks to the environment Sierra has created. I get plenty of one on one time. Sierra is beyond patient as she has to repeat herself a lot for inexperienced me...a lot ;) I am still impressed by how she has personalized a lot of exercises for me to cater to back issues which has helped tremendously. One class sold me quickly, and I signed up for a second one. No regrets!!! Usually I base my progress just on losing weight. But for the first time in my 40 plus years, I can tell by how much stronger overall I am which was my exact goal and not just by weight loss! I love working with Sierra! I have battled foot, back, and shoulder pain for several years due to injury and arthritis. We started out slow and gradually added more challenges. Whenever I had a setback, she'd come up with modifications to keep me on the path to healing and strength. I've never been a big "workout" person, so having someone experienced to guide and encourage me makes it easier to show up night after night and work hard. Two weeks training (so far) with Sierra and I love it. I am in a small group (four women) and truly feel as though I have a very personalized experience each and every session. Sierra pays close attention to my goals, strengths, and areas needing support. With that, she tailors every exercise to fit perfectly for me.
