Armond is amazing... I rented a throne chair for a music video and he not only worked with my budget, but was so incredibly flexible with pickup and drop off time. When you go in needing not only efficiency, price and customer satisfaction, but you leave with a new friend, this is the mark of a truly good business. Up front:  Armand is not about up selling. It's all about what you want. Your vision of what you want your event to be. He is profesional and a man with enough experience to know what you want with just a quick run through of your venue. That is some righteous skills! Our wedding venue was my sister in laws back yard. It's quite spacious and very green. We knew what we wanted. Armand just looked at the place and with a wave of his hand said. "YES. I see it." I called Star Event Productions the day before Thanksgiving, and thank goodness I found them! Not only were they very friendly and accommodating, they were the only rental company willing to take on a new delivery the day before Thanksgiving for Thanksgiving day. Without them my guests would have had to eat on the floor, cross legged. They were quick, professional and I would definitely use them again for any event I have in the future. First and foremost, I want to say that this is my third experience with Star Events and I could not have been more content. And what is ideal is that the owner himself is present during the work to answer any questions if necessary. Armond and his staff did amazing job for our wedding. It was more beautiful than i even pictured or imagined. Our wedding was rustic style in the backyard of a house. Armond and his team brought everything the day before and set it up beautifully. The next day, the day of the wedding we had a little incident from the wind but Armond came right away and fixed it in time for the wedding. Armand and Star Event Productions are excellent. They served as one of the vendors for our July 2016 wedding. By far, Armand was the BEST vendor! He is very responsive - I always heard back from him immediately (within minutes...sometimes within seconds) when I sent him a question. The company has a large selection of nice furniture available for rent, and we ended up using their silver chivari chairs with ivory velcro cushions. Armand went out of his way to provide the color combination we requested, even though our two colors did not come together as a set. That means him and his team changed 270 cushions by hand! He also provided the best price, on top of not charging a delivery fee due to the close proximity between the company and our event. With all the wedding details to think about the day-of, I knew I wouldn't have to worry about the chairs arriving - and I was right. Everything arrived as he said they would-and looked great. We used star event production for my sons bar mitzvah last month. We had our pool covered- half plexi glass, half carpet.. .which came out more beautiful then we expected! We also ordered chivari chairs, tables, a kings throne chair (which my son loved!), two tents, due to rain that wknd- which we included chandeliers and drapery to them ...it all came out beautiful!!! We were so impressed with the look and have the best memories from that wknd!!!Armond was a pleasure to work with!! He was really professional with us and made this event a bit stress free for us! I was so grateful to this company and their professional work, being so reliable and their great products.  I found Star Event Productions when I was looking for affordable Chivari chairs. I had long ago decided I did not want Chivari chairs because I liked the simple look of folding chairs and they had the added benefit of being 3x cheaper.  However, my event planner would not let go of insisting I get Chivari chairs -- especially when my event was moved indoors. She said we could find them for a reasonable price and started looking.  I conceded once I saw ice clear Chivaris. They were so magical looking.  It also did not hurt that my videographer who used to work in fashion design and has really cool taste also said Chivaris would be better and Armond at Star Event gave me a price I could not refuse :) Star Event came through both on an INCREDIBLE price (and lowest-price-matched EVERY OTHER RENTAL COMPANY!!!!!) and a GREAT product and service.  At first it seemed too good to be true and I was reluctant because they were very insistent on getting the business and gave me a really good deal.  However, once I saw there had been enough really good reviews of their work, I decided to go with them.   Then I saw that Everything Star Event had was of better quality and price!!!  I could not believe it.  I kept adding more things from their menu including elegant silver chargers, 100% cotton napkins, beautiful lounge furniture, gorgeous chandeliers -- of which they had both the 2-tier and the 1-tier.  Moreover, I saw more and more how professional they were and grew more and more confident in having put my trust and business in their hands -- they became one less thing to worry about, and by the end, they were one of the best and most reliable vendors and SUCH A PLEASURE to work with!   and their beautiful products made my event STUNNING despite everything else having gone wrong due to the venue's total incompetence.   Thanks so much, Armond. My friend hired this company for chairs and lighting for her wedding at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. I was on site to make sure vendors came on time. I just used Star Event Productions to do pipe and drape for my wedding.  I was hesitant to use them since they only had a few reviews and their prices were so much lower than other places, but they really did a great job at a great price.  They worked with my budget and they were punctual with delivery, set-up, and pick-up.  I would recommend them to others looking for pipe and drape.  The only downside to this company was the cash on delivery aspect, you pay the balance in cash when they set up.  Like others have mentioned, it is such a pain to have a substantial amount of cash on you at your wedding.  I would much rather write a check or something.  Other than that, they were really easy to work with. I used Star Even t Productions for my wedding. They built a pool cover, a jacuzzi cover, covered the grass and supplied all of tables, chairs, couches and linens.  I can not tell how happy I am with the job that they did. Armond is amazing and accommodated all of my wishes and more. When my guest entered the back yard they were in AHHH!  Everything was so beautiful . One of the best things about this company is that they had the best prices in town and the quality is top notch. We used Star Event Productions for our wedding due to the unbeatable pricing we were quoted relative to the venue's onsite services for a tent/draping and dancefloor. We ran into a curveball with the venue, which required an additional permit, fire retardant on the tent fabric, meeting fire regulation for amount of square footage needed per person, etc, but Armond handled these issues in stride, coming up with product solutions that met our budgetary needs. My husband and I have used Star Events on several occasions, and we have NOT been let down yet! We have a VERY large pool that Armond has covered for us twice, once was to use as a dance floor and the other occasion was to use the pool as seating for our guest. I did a lot of research before choosing Star Event Productions as a vendor for my wedding. The truth is that I couldn't find another place with more affordable Chiavari Chairs. I did call a lot of places and you probably will too, just to find that they can't beat their rental price. Armond was a great person to deal with. He was friendly, great with phone calls, meeting times, and emails. ***I do have to warn you: KEEP YOUR INVOICE. Make sure everything is clearly stated (color of chair, color of chair cushion, etc.). For my event I got white chair cushions and I did bring it up to his attention but he insisted that I had ordered white cushions. I didn't argue or mind b/c the banquet hall would be dark and the white would end up looking like ivory. A few days later after the wedding I found an invoice that stated "chocolate cushion covers." I'm sure it was just an honest mistake. Don't be discourage to do business with Armond. He is very flexible and willing to work with your budget. Unlike other vendors, he was very understanding and didn't argue or mind at all when I removed items or added items to my order.I would definitely do business with again and would recommend him to a friend or family member. I used Star Event Productions for the chair rentals, large standing umbrella rentals, wall draping and lighting for my wedding - I am so glad I found them!  The wedding planning began about a year before the actual wedding.  After searching around for chair rental vendors, Star Event was the least expensive I could find.  I've heard stories in the past about chairs looking worn or damaged so I was, at first, weary of their lower price.  I made an appt with Armond who met with me (twice) before I booked them.  Armond showed me their chairs and material used for the wall draping and the chairs looked great!  I rented 2 different chairs from them - white resin chairs for the outdoor ceremony and mahogany chiavari chairs for the dinner reception.  Armond was great to work with from Day 1 - he responded to all my emails and answered all my questions.  As the big day got closer, I was emailing him more and more frequently.  I was especially concerned with how lighting would turn out.  Armond reassured me that everything would turn out nice and never once made me feel like I was being demanding or bothersome.  On the actual big day, I was completely blown away by what Armond and his team pulled off!  They finished ahead of schedule and so by the time I arrived to the restaurant from the ceremony site, it was all DONE.  They transformed the "blah" looking room at the restaurant into a dream-like room beyond my expectations!  The room was beautiful (I think I even caught the restaurant staff snapping pictures with the cell phones of the room)!  Many of our guests even commented on how lovely the room looked.  I am so grateful to Armond who pulled off my dream wedding!  Thanks, Armond and Star Event!!!  If my new hubby and I ever throw another wedding, I would use them again in a heartbeat!
