ST Limo Service

We used Sunny to transport my daughter and her teenage friends to dinner, dance, and after party. When hearing that I seemed concerned, he offered to drive them personally, for which I was incredibly grateful. Everything went perfectly smooth and I could not have been more pleased. His rates are very reasonable but most importantly, I feel safe using him. We have since used his other drivers for airport transport for our family and look forward to using his limo or hummer limo for her bday party in a few months. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for an awesome car service. Sunny picked me up and returned me to DFW. He was a great driver, on time, polite and he went out of his way to help me with my bags . I had shoulder surgery right before this trip and on my airport return he even parked in the garage and took my bag all the way into the check in for me because there weren't any sky caps on Sunday! Sonny at ST Limo was great!  He took us to DFW airport from Allen and he was on time, gracious, and a good driver.  He was at the baggage claim waiting for us on our return (even though our flight was delayed), took care of our luggage and had cold bottled water awaiting us in the car.  His service was impeccable and we will definitely use his services again. Well well well! I have found a gem!! I had to fly out for business. I looked on Yelp and found outstanding reviews for Sunny and his staff! I called the night before and he was able go accommodate me! The day of pick up Dallas had horrible weather (rain)... Sunny was ON TIME picking me up! I was relieved! We had traffic and he took an alternate route to get me to the airport safely. Oh and one more thing.... He was very professional and his cars were clean and smelled great! Sunny and his staff did a great job.  I called yesterday to see if he could pick up my daughter from DFW airport, take her to her hotel to drop her luggage and then take her over to TCU.  The communication was terrific and he texted and called my daughter as her plane landed.  The driver was right there waiting for her in baggage claim with her name written on an iPad!  The driver was very friendly and helpful!  Excellent service....will definitely be calling them again! We used this car service for a spring break vacation.  Sunny was great!  He was EARLY for a 6:30 am pick-up and drop off to Love Field.  Although he was early, he sent me a text to take our time.  He was extremely friendly and personable.  The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because the driver(wasn't Sunny) who picked us up from the airport was late.  However, he was extremely nice too.  I am definitely going to use Sunny for all of our transportation needs in the future. Just reaffirming all the other positive reviews posted on here - they're all true.Sunny is a true professional and an asset to his industry. ST Taxi, Towncar & Limo Service is an equally slick and professional operation. Sunny provided great communication before, during and after services rendered. It seems he actively monitors and tracks flights as when the plane landed much earlier than the reserved time, he was there right on time.I made arrangements for my wife and two kids. They said he was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They flew in to Dallas on an uncommonly snowy day. He said he had to cancel on a few of his reservations because the road conditions were becoming too dangerous, but he didn't want to leave my wife and young kids stranded so he went ahead and picked them up still. Sadly, he was afraid the repercussions of this would be some bad reviews, but just to be fair; it was in the interest of safety.So just glossing over the requisite reasons for selecting a taxi/limo service: punctual, friendly, professional, clean vehicles, proactive communication, etc. But I believe his single, biggest, selling point is that he is a genuinely nice person. Sunny is absolutely wonderful!!  My husband and I use his car services very regularly as my husband travels often and needs rides to and from the airport.  Sunny is always on time and usually has a bottle of water waiting for us in the car. Sunny is "THE BEST".  Yes, Sunny is all that the great comments stated and more. Thorough, punctual, reliable, personable and always professional.  But what makes his service really stand out to me, above all other Limo/Air Port shuttle services, is that Sunny is willing to beat any competitors pricing.  Also, you are not going to ride in a cab, van or bus, with 3 plus other people.  You will be treated like the hard-working individual that you are and travel in one of Sunny's many luxury vehicles from his inventory.  I changed my flight time at the last minute, and came in after 10pm.  Sunny stuck to his promise and made sure that HE was the one there at the airport to pick me up and got me home to my family safe, fast and in luxury. Normally, I would not go for the cheaper alternative, because you usually get what you pay for.  But that was not the case dealing with Sunny.  Sunny and his team are as affordable as it gets, as good as it gets.  I will be using his service for years to come and would highly recommend Sunny and his team for any of your transportation needs big or small, day or night, SUNNY IS YOUR GUY! St Limos is the best car service in DFW.
