I unfortunately partially tore my ACL back in October during a soccer game. I was referred to come to SPT by my physical trainer at my college. I wouldn’t want to go to any other place. I love it here. I personally work with Connor and he is so educated and really has helped me throughout my whole recovery process. I admire and appreciate the whole SPT family as they have helped me in so many ways. I’m forever grateful for them. Everyone that works here is so friendly and really cares about each and everyone of their patients. I have been going to SPT Bellevue for over 2 years now for training and rehab of injuries. One of the most unique things about this place is their depth of knowledge when it comes to injuries, especially sports related. Additionally, they offer personal training at very affordable prices. For the amount of knowledge these guys have, you will not find anything even close when it comes to training. Any chain gym (LA Fitness, Golds, 24) will charge you more to work with someone who just punches a clock. At SPT Bellevue, they are passionate about their craft and are actively pursuing degrees and further education for improvement. The owners are always on top of the latest trends for diet and exercise as well. For anyone who is a former athlete or maintains an active lifestyle, there is no better place to work out and stay healthy. I have gone to SPT multiple times in my life for different injuries I have received over the years. The atmosphere in the clinics is so welcoming and high energy! There is a standard set of working hard and getting the most out of the time that I am there. At the same time having fun while doing my exercises. The staff is exceptional at what they do and are very friendly. Some of my favorites specialist are Declan, Connor, Matt and Kimmy! They make every visit such a great experience but also push me to give maximum effort! Also the amazing receptionist Maria, always greeting me with a smile when I walk in! I'm truly blown away at how incredibly knowledgeable Eric and Katie are in their respective fields. Of all the places I've gone to for Physical Therapy I've gotten far better (and quicker) results here than any of the previous places. What I really love is that it never feels clinical or impersonal. It's a small operation and it feels more like a family than an office. They're attentive and seem genuinely concerned about every patient and genuinely excited when a patient succeeds in any part of their recovery. I would highly recommend SPT Kirkland team to anyone needing physical therapy. Eric is so professional, knowledgeable and friendly and always takes the time to explain what the expectations were. I have been seeing both physical therapists, Eric and Katie for close to six weeks and I have to say, I have never met a more proficient, thoughtful, and knowledgeable physical therapy team. I have found the Therapists and Staff at Everett location, knowledgable, professional and courteous! "They know what they're doing"! I always feel better when I walk out after therapy and there's often a few chuckles and smiles to brighten the day! I highly recommend these therapists for reducing pain and increasing mobility! Ive been going here since my surgery on my foot and really didnt think I was going to get much out of it... I was wrong. These people are wonderful and compassionate. From the reception staff to the therapists on the floor - I have been treated with respect and it has been a pleasure to work with them. I'm really thankful to Kirkland SPT. I broke my knee in a ski accident. The first time I went to SPT, I could barely walk even with crutches. Now I not only can do some sports, but also feel much fitter and stronger. The therapists and assistants there are very professional and patient. They guided me through various exercises, and adjusted according to my recovery state. They always have a personalized plan for me each time. I am a competitive weightlifter who started working with Dr. Sean O’Kelley to prepare and recover from hip surgery. Sean designed a program that helped me strengthen the joint prior to surgery, plus he helped ensure a proper recovery after surgery. Sean took the time to monitor how my body reacted to the treatment, and adjusted the intensity and volume to provide me with the best opportunity for recovery.
