I am a former US Army Non Commissioned Officer and led physical training for US Army soldiers. I was a non commissioned officer and led my soldiers to high fitness standards. I have a BA in sports mgmt and and a MSW in social work. I was a coach cross country and track/field.

Personal Trainers

Thomas is an excellent trainer who listens carefully and pays close attention to my personal needs and individual goals. He demonstrates a great deal of patience, and provides a great deal of positive reinforcement. During each workout, he takes the time to correct my form, if necessary, and encourages me to push a little harder to get the results I am striving for. He has also given me useful feedback and information on how to support my goals outside of our sessions including stretching and hydrating. There is a trainer on every corner so it’s difficult to find an experienced, engaged one, that is worth the investment. I found that in Tomas. I had worked out for years prior but was looking for the next level up. He was able to meet me where I was and adapt my training accordingly. Q&As

I use various clinical modalities to help my clients achieve their fitness goals. For example I use motivational interviewing. I will be using a combination of weigths, cardio and calisthenics. We will be doing some workouts outdoors for example at local parks when the weather is nice.

Accountability , nutrition and being active. I help hold my clients accountable and keep them on track to reach their dreams health and wellness. I know from being former military and athlete how important this is. I will do what I can help my clients succeed with their emotional and physical health.

I have always loved being an entrepreneur and helping others to achieve their fitness and mental health goals.

I love that I can be an entrepreneur and make my own schedule to help my clients be successful. I also love working for myself.

I use my clinical background in personal training and also have training as a social worker and in sports psychology with my education. I have a background in athletic coaching.

Only the initial assessment I can do remotely for personal training. Life coaching and therapy is something I can do remotely. I prefer to do personal training in person.

I use a mask and physical distance. I follow all local, state and federal protocols. I follow strict guidelines to keep people safe when personal training clients.
