Thomas is an excellent trainer who listens carefully and pays close attention to my personal needs and individual goals. He demonstrates a great deal of patience, and provides a great deal of positive reinforcement. During each workout, he takes the time to correct my form, if necessary, and encourages me to push a little harder to get the results I am striving for. He has also given me useful feedback and information on how to support my goals outside of our sessions including stretching and hydrating. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I use various clinical modalities to help my clients achieve their fitness goals. For example I use motivational interviewing. I will be using a combination of weigths, cardio and calisthenics. We will be doing some workouts outdoors for example at local parks when the weather is nice.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Accountability , nutrition and being active. I help hold my clients accountable and keep them on track to reach their dreams health and wellness. I know from being former military and athlete how important this is. I will do what I can help my clients succeed with their emotional and physical health.
What do you love most about your job?
I have always loved being an entrepreneur and helping others to achieve their fitness and mental health goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love that I can be an entrepreneur and make my own schedule to help my clients be successful. I also love working for myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
I use my clinical background in personal training and also have training as a social worker and in sports psychology with my education. I have a background in athletic coaching.

Only the initial assessment I can do remotely for personal training. Life coaching and therapy is something I can do remotely. I prefer to do personal training in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I use a mask and physical distance. I follow all local, state and federal protocols. I follow strict guidelines to keep people safe when personal training clients.
