We used Sparkle for recurring cleanings for a little while and it was great until they stopped coming and haven’t responded to multiple inquiries. I had to cancel a cleaning in April due to a sick child and haven’t heard from them since. I sent Facebook messages, emails, requested services through the website and not a peep. The funny thing is I still get text messages to confirm my appointments (which I confirm just in case) and of course no one ever comes. Very disappointing. More...

Unfortunately our property manager hired Sparkle to clean our house that had recently been vacated. The cleaning was not at all thorough, missing ceiling fans, walls, freezer, oven and leaving the floors with residue just to name a few. There was also a vintage mirror missing off the wall. The property manager had them come back out and the cleaning was still substandard! The mirror has also not been returned and no acknowledgement from the owner of this problem. We, unfortunately, had to file a police report. And, we are now cleaning the house ourselves. I wish they would have rectified this problem but there was no concern for the issues at all. More...
