Describe your creative process.
The team at Sparked Creative likes to first meet with the client to get an idea of what they want their brands to look like and get all the specifics, colors, typeface etc. We then set a time frame for the project based on the amount of work that needs to be done, and then submit a proof or a selection of proofs to choose from. We allow for one free round of revisions after the proof goes out, and then we charge an additional fee for multiple rounds of edits.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We need to now about the clients business/product and about the specific colors they want to employ and if they have a certain typeface preference. All these ideas help us better fit our materials to really help them represent their business.
What do you love most about your job?
My business partner Dan and I are extremely passionate about our fields, Public Relations and Marketing respectively and when we start on a project, we can honestly say the experience of meeting with clients and being able to give them a product that best suits them is more fun than anything and we are always up for a challenge.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to start Sparked Creative when I was looking for jobs, when I showed someone my portfolio and they said everything was really good and that I should start my own business doing it.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our clients should choose us because of the level of commitment that we put into our work and we do not do pre-made designs, nor are we a cookie cutter website that you plug in some information about your business and out comes recycled designs and layouts. We want your business branding and marketing materials to speak to the credit of your business, and once we create everything for you, you own it. We do not charge a leasing fee where you have to pay monthly to us for the designs that we provide you unless we are maintaining your social media content.
