Kaye Blalock owns and operates Southern Elegance Catering. We recently hired her for our wedding caterer. The food was phenomenal. The service was awesome at anticipating our every need. We were from 5 hours out of town so Kaye was not only our caterer but she also provided linens and centerpieces and table lighting and chair covers for the event. She took care of all the little details so we didn't have to worry about them. Kaye and her crew do all the setup and clean up for the event as well.
