Leah is by far the most creative person I've ever met. I booked all my rentals and then called her about a month later saying I couldn't do it. That I had another "vision" for my wedding. Tanya helped with my wedding in March 2012. Without her, everything would have been unorganized and chaotic. She made sure everything went off without a hitch. I cannot express how grateful we are to Tanya Hendricks for her professionalism and undeniable experience, in making a wedding day be so enjoyable especially for the bride and groom and mother of the bride. I recommended to my daughter to look into getting a wedding coordinator. Well Tanya went above and beyond - making sure every deadline was met and that every detail was perfect. As the MOB I had the time to enjoy the moment, visit with the many family members and friends...and just have fun! There were really no worries - Tanya had it all covered. After the wedding festivities were over my husband turned to me and said it best..."I never understood just what a wedding planner did - but Tanya was worth it all in gold!"

My wife and I could not have been happier with the professionalism, help and expertise at Southern Charms. We were blown away by the assortment of beautiful decorative pieces when we met with Kathie for our first consultation. We knew immediately that we had found the absolutely perfect place. Kathie was extremely quick in responding to emails, helped answer all of our questions and had some great recommendations for other vendors. Tanya did the impossible. The groom lived in Detroit, no wait Chicago after moving half way through the engagement, the bride lived in Philadelphia and both sets of parents lived in Jacksonville. I have two quotes from our families that tell the amazing job

1) this wedding perfectly balanced the needs of the older generation with the younger generation with the kiddies and toddlers
2) this is 1 of 2 best weddings in the last 5 years in the Pilipino community in Jax!!!

Southern Charm provided games, the arch, chairs and the the chalkboard sign for our wedding. The extra details in the arch, chair and sign were perfect for our day. We had a rental delivery yesterday for a bridal shower and there were people that decided to come that were not planning on coming, so we needed extra chairs within a few hours of the shower. Southern charms office is not open on Sunday except from my understanding for deliveries, I sent them an email in need of extra chairs and I had a phone call from the owner within minutes ready to help however I needed!! A wonderful experience working with them and they really care about the customer!! Owners husband and the other gentleman that did the delivery and pick up were on time and extremely nice!
